Standard rate deliveries are by Royal Mail or carrier whichever we feel is more appropriate. We aim to dispatch all standard delivery rate orders within 48 hours. It is important to remember many of the items we sell will not fit through a letterbox. It is common practice in these circumstances for the delivery company to leave a card of attempted delivery. Occasionally the Royal Mail will also leave parcels behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. If your order has not yet arrived this is worth checking first.
